The look of a decorative curtain pole, with a hidden motor and remote control.
SKU PME-MO-RD · Motorised
A motorised curtain rod looks like a decorative pole, with finials at each end, but hides a track and a motor inside. The curtain hangs from ring runners and opens and closes by remote control.
It suits rooms where you want the finished look of a pole rather than a ceiling track.

The rod is a 32 mm aluminium profile with a channel along the underside. Runners with steel rings travel inside it, so the curtain looks as though it hangs from a classic pole, while a motor does the work.
Choose a motorised rod when the window is framed by a wall rather than a ceiling recess, or when a pole is part of the design — living rooms, bedrooms and majlis windows where the hardware is on show.
If you would rather the hardware disappear, an electric curtain track fixes to the ceiling and hides behind the curtain. Both carry blackout and sheer fabrics. See all motorised curtains, or book a free visit.

A motorised curtain rod in Dubai gives you the finished look of a decorative pole with the ease of a motor. From across the room it reads as a classic rod with finials at each end; inside, a track and runners carry the curtain and a motor drives them.
Our electric curtain rod uses a 32 mm aluminium profile with ring runners travelling in a channel along its underside. A cross-arm block in the middle lets the two curtains overlap neatly when they close, so light does not leak through the centre gap — a detail that matters in bedrooms with blackout curtains.
The remote control curtain rod is operated from an included handset, which makes it practical for wide windows and heavy blackout curtains that are awkward to draw by hand. The motor sits neatly at one end, below the finial, and needs a power point nearby, which we plan at the measuring visit.
A motorised curtain pole is the right choice when the hardware is on show and part of the design: living rooms, majlis windows and bedrooms where the rod frames the window. When you would rather the hardware disappear, a ceiling-fixed electric track does the same job out of sight, behind the curtain.
The rod carries blackout and sheer fabric, and suits headings that hang from rings, such as eyelet-style and pleated curtains. We match the curtain to the rod when we make it, so it hangs at the right height and moves freely along the full width.
We supply and fit motorised curtain rods across Dubai, Sharjah and the rest of the UAE, and bring samples to the free measuring visit.
Collected after installation across Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates.
Wave track along a six-metre window. The folds stay perfectly uniform whether open or closed. It is the detail that makes the whole room look finished.
Quoted, fitted and invoiced with no surprises. The fitters removed all the packaging and took the old rail away with them.
Rollers for a home office. The screen glare is gone and the blind sits flush inside the recess.
The fitters noticed my ceiling was not level and adjusted the track so the curtains hang straight anyway. That is the kind of thing you only find out later if it is done badly.
They cover Ajman properly, which many Dubai companies do not. No extra travel charge and they arrived on time.
Went for the double layer after seeing the books at home. Sheer during the day, blackout at night, and the two tracks were installed level to the millimetre. Price on the quote was the price I paid.
The consultant brought all four catalogue books to the flat. Seeing the fabric against my own window in daylight completely changed which colour I picked — the one I chose online looked grey in my living room.
I only wanted sheers for the living room. They did not try to upsell me into blackout, which I appreciated. The chiffon softens the light beautifully and the room still feels bright.
Floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides. The sheers cut the glare without making the apartment dark, and the fitters got the drop right to the centimetre above the floor.
Very good work and a fair price. The only reason for four stars is that the first fitting slot was moved by a day. Once they arrived it took under three hours for four windows and they cleaned up after themselves.
Pinch pleat in the formal sitting room. The folds are even across the whole width, which is the part cheap curtains always get wrong. They hung and dressed them properly before leaving.
Good blinds at a good price. I would have liked a wider colour choice in the roller range, but for the blackout function they do exactly what was promised.
Sample content while we collect the real thing. These are written to show the layout — they are not customers, no star rating is published to Google, and they are replaced in the back office as genuine feedback arrives.
