Our Price Promise
The quotation you approve is the amount you pay. Not "starting from", not "plus fitting", not "plus VAT on the accessories". One figure.
What the price always includes
- Fabric, cut to your measured drop at the correct fullness for the heading
- All tailoring, hemming and finishing
- The track or pole, sized to the weight and span
- Runners, hooks, end stops, joiners, overlap arms and ceiling or wall brackets
- The measuring visit
- Installation, dressing the folds, and taking the packaging away
The only things quoted separately
Motorisation, because we would rather you saw what the automation costs on its own and chose window by window. And express turnaround, if you need it faster than our normal lead time.
What can change a quotation
Only one thing: you changing your mind. A different fabric, a longer track, an extra window, a heading upgrade. Any of those get re-quoted in writing before we cut anything.
What will not change it: the job taking longer than we expected, the ceiling being harder to fix into than it looked, or the fabric costing us more than we thought. Those are our problems, and we priced them in.
Why we publish prices at all
Most curtain companies in this market will not put a number on a website. It keeps the customer on the phone and keeps the price flexible. We would rather you knew roughly what a window costs before anyone visits your home, so nobody wastes an afternoon. The estimator gives a close figure; the visit makes it exact.
Volume discount
Applied automatically, and you do not have to ask for it: 5% from AED 2,000, rising to 30% above AED 12,000. A whole villa is priced very differently to one bedroom, and the ladder is published on the estimator page rather than being something you have to negotiate for.
Deposits and payment
A deposit at the point of order, the balance on completion of the installation. Cash, bank transfer or card. We do not ask for the full amount up front.

What one fixed price actually covers
Curtain quotes in this market are often a fabric price with the rest arriving later. Ours is the whole window written down, and this section sets out exactly what that includes.
Included
The fabric, the tailoring, the track or pole, the fittings, and the installation. That is the figure you approve and the figure you pay.
Why quotes differ so much between suppliers
Three things, usually unstated: the fullness the curtain is cut at, how far the track runs past the glass, and whether installation is priced separately. Ask any supplier those three questions and most price gaps explain themselves — the cost guide works through them.
Nothing moves after approval
The price does not change once you have approved it, and no deposit is taken before then. You can check a figure yourself with the estimator.
That is what a curtain price guarantee in Dubai should mean in practice: the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
