Photographed from the actual catalogues in our warehouse. Colour reads differently backlit against your own glass — which is why we bring the books to you, free.
A sheer roman is an unusual product and a lovely one. The chiffon is backlit, so each horizontal fold reads as a band of light with a soft shadow beneath it. It gives daytime privacy and diffuse light in a form that takes almost no depth.

Soft horizontal folds that stack neatly at the top. A roman blind gives you the fabric and warmth…
Rooms where you want softness and light but have no space and no need for darkness — a stairwell, a dining room, a hallway window, the top light above a door. It is a decorative product first and a functional one second, and it is honest to say so.
Chiffon has very little body, and a roman blind depends on battens holding a straight horizontal line. Made badly, a sheer roman droops between the rods and looks like laundry. We use closer batten spacing and a fine rod pocket rather than the standard construction, which is why it costs more than the fabric alone suggests.
Same rule as any sheer: with the lights on inside and dark outside, it does not screen the room. Pair it with a blackout roller behind if the window needs both.
A sheer roman is a light-and-privacy product, not a darkening one, so on any window that also needs to go dark it is the front half of a pair. The usual arrangement is a blackout roller fitted inside the reveal with the sheer roman face-fixed in front of it: the roller does the work at night and disappears entirely by day, and the sheer is what you actually look at. On a wider window the same logic gives you a layered curtain pair instead — the choice is really about how much depth and wall space the room can spare.
Two practical notes. Chiffon shows dust more than a coated roller fabric does, and it cannot be wiped — it is vacuumed gently with a brush head or taken down and dry cleaned. And a sheer roman hanging in front of an open window will lift in the draught, which looks lovely and means the fabric edges wear faster where they catch the reveal. On a window that is opened daily, we would fit it face-fixed with a little clearance rather than tight inside the opening.

A roman cut in a sheer fabric: the folds of a roman with the daytime job of a sheer. It lowers to soften light rather than to block it.
Daytime privacy in a room you want bright — a study, a landing, a bathroom window overlooked by a neighbour. It reads far softer than a sheer roller.
On its own it gives nothing after dark. In a bedroom, pair it with curtains that close at night, or choose a blackout roman instead.
Light fabric creases more readily, so it wants a gentle hand and a lining-free fold. Dust rather than wash.
Anyone pricing sheer roman blinds dubai is really pricing three things: the fabric or material, the making, and the fitting. We quote them as one figure per window rather than as a fabric price with extras arriving later, so the number you approve includes the track or fixings and the installation. Some people search for this as light filtering roman shades uae; it is the same product. Prices move with the size of the opening and, for curtains, with the fullness the heading needs — which is why two quotations for the same window can differ without either being wrong. The price estimator gives you a figure for your own measurements before anyone visits, and the measuring visit itself is free across Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates.

My daughter used to wake at 5:30 with the sun. First morning after the fitting she slept until 7. That alone was worth it. Fabric is from book 303 and it feels much heavier than what I was shown elsewhere.
Good price, good fabric and a team that turned up when they said. There is not much more to ask for.
Two bedrooms and the majlis, all catalogue 302. The team measured on the Saturday and fitted the following Thursday. What I did not expect was how much cooler the west bedroom is now in the afternoon — the AC stopped running constantly.
Wave track along a six-metre window. The folds stay perfectly uniform whether open or closed. It is the detail that makes the whole room look finished.
Quoted, fitted and invoiced with no surprises. The fitters removed all the packaging and took the old rail away with them.
Rollers for a home office. The screen glare is gone and the blind sits flush inside the recess.
The fitters noticed my ceiling was not level and adjusted the track so the curtains hang straight anyway. That is the kind of thing you only find out later if it is done badly.
They cover Ajman properly, which many Dubai companies do not. No extra travel charge and they arrived on time.
Went for the double layer after seeing the books at home. Sheer during the day, blackout at night, and the two tracks were installed level to the millimetre. Price on the quote was the price I paid.
The consultant brought all four catalogue books to the flat. Seeing the fabric against my own window in daylight completely changed which colour I picked — the one I chose online looked grey in my living room.
I only wanted sheers for the living room. They did not try to upsell me into blackout, which I appreciated. The chiffon softens the light beautifully and the room still feels bright.
Floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides. The sheers cut the glare without making the apartment dark, and the fitters got the drop right to the centimetre above the floor.
