Wave track along a six-metre window. The folds stay perfectly uniform whether open or closed. It is the detail that makes the whole room look finished.
Our Warranty & What It Covers
Twelve months on tracks, motors and stitching, and fabric covered against manufacturing defects. Here is precisely what that means, including the parts it does not cover.
What is covered, for 12 months
- Tracks and rails — bending, bracket failure, runners binding or breaking under normal use.
- Motors and controls — motor failure, remote pairing faults, limit settings drifting.
- Stitching and making — seams opening, hems dropping, pleats or eyelets pulling away, panels finishing at the wrong length against the measurements we took.
- Installation — anything that comes loose because of how we fixed it.
If any of that happens, we come back and put it right at no cost. If a part cannot be repaired we replace it.
Fabric
Fabric is covered against manufacturing defects — a flaw in the weave, colour running, a print or coating failing. Report it as soon as you see it.
What is not covered
- Sun fading over years. Every fabric in the world fades in Gulf sunlight eventually. A lined curtain fades far slower than an unlined one, which is part of why we line them.
- Incorrect washing. Hot washing a blackout, tumble-drying chiffon, or ironing a coated fabric will damage it. We tell you the correct method at handover and it is on every product page.
- Accidental damage — tears, burns, pets, children swinging on a curtain.
- Changes made by someone else. If another fitter alters the track or rehangs the curtains, we cannot warranty what happens afterwards.
- Normal wear on high-traffic curtains that are drawn several times a day for years.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and your installation date. That is genuinely all it takes. We will tell you the same day whether it is a warranty repair, and book a visit if it is. There is no form and no ticket number.
After the 12 months
We still come out. Repairs outside warranty are charged for parts and labour, and we will quote before doing anything. Replacing worn runners on an eight-year-old track costs very little and is usually all a "broken" curtain needs.
What the warranty sits alongside
What the warranty covers on curtains and tracks
A warranty is only useful if you know what it is for. This section explains the practical side: what tends to go wrong with curtains, what is covered, and what is normal wear rather than a fault.
What actually fails
Rarely the fabric. It is nearly always the moving parts — a glider binding, a bracket working loose, a motor losing charge. Those are the things a warranty should address and they are the things we fit ourselves.
What is not a fault
Fading is the main one. Gulf sunlight breaks down dye and every fabric changes over years; that is why the sheer takes the exposure and the blackout sits behind it — see what slows fading. Dust build-up is maintenance rather than a defect.
If something is wrong
Tell us what the window is doing rather than what you think the cause is, and we will come and look. The team that fitted it is the team that returns.
A curtain warranty in Dubai is mostly about the moving parts, because that is what actually fails in this climate.
