When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number, optionally your email, your emirate and area, what you are interested in, any window measurements you give us, and your message. Technically we also record the page you enquired from, your IP address and your browser, which is standard and helps us spot spam.
The assistant on this site processes your questions on our own server to answer them. Conversations are not stored against your identity.
Calling you back, arranging the measuring visit, preparing your quotation, and completing the installation. That is all. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to advertisers or data brokers.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept for seven years, because UAE commercial and tax law requires it.
