Yes. The measuring visit is free in all seven emirates, with no travel charge, no deposit to book it and nothing to sign. How long does the measuring visit take?
A typical apartment takes under an hour. The team measures the track width and finished drop for every window, checks what the ceiling and walls will take, and notes anything that changes the fitting, such as a shallow bulkhead or an AC vent above the window. Can I get a quote without a home visit?

What exactly is included in the price?
One figure covers the fabric, lining, tailoring, the track or pole, runners, hooks, brackets, the measuring visit and installation, with no delivery fee. Can the price change after I approve the quote?
Only if you change the order — a different fabric, a longer track or another window — and any change is re-quoted in writing before anything is cut. A ceiling that is harder to fix into than expected, or fabric costing more than planned, is Pak Home's problem, not yours. Read the price promise at Pak Middle East.
How do I pay, and when?
Nothing is due until you approve a written price. A deposit is paid when you order and the fabric is committed, and the balance is due once the curtains are fitted and you're happy with them. Cash, bank transfer and card are accepted. Ask about payment for your order through Pak Middle East.
Do you give discounts on bigger orders?
Yes, automatically. The volume discount starts at 5% on orders of AED 2,000 and rises to 30% on orders above AED 12,000, so a whole apartment or villa costs noticeably less per window than a single room. Is there a minimum order?

How long does it take from order to fitted curtains?
Most orders are fitted within 2–3 days of approving the quotation, because the fabric is already in Pak Home's UAE warehouse. Hand-finished pinch pleat curtains and roman blinds take a little longer, and large villa orders are scheduled around your handover date. You get a firm date at quote stage. Do you offer same-day delivery or fitting?
Same-day service isn't guaranteed. Made-to-measure curtains are cut and sewn to your window, so most are fitted within 2–3 days of approval; express turnaround can be quoted separately, and standalone curtain fixing is often possible within a day or two. Which areas do you cover?

Who does the installation?
Pak Home's own team, not subcontractors — the people who measure are the people who fit. That's why the warranty covers the installation as well as the curtain. What warranty do I get?
12 months on tracks, motors, stitching and installation: if a runner binds, a bracket works loose or a seam opens under normal use, the team comes back and fixes it free. Fabric is covered against manufacturing defects. Sun fading over years, incorrect washing and accidental damage are not covered. Read the full terms at Pak Middle East.
How do I make a warranty claim or report a problem?
Contact the team with your order details and a photo of the problem, such as a loose bracket or a runner that binds. Mechanical issues are the usual claims, and the team returns to put them right. Report an issue with an existing order through Pak Middle East.
Can I change my order after approving the quote?
Yes, before the fabric is cut. A different fabric, extra window or longer track is re-quoted in writing so you see the new figure before anything changes. Once the cloth has been cut to your measurements, changes become much harder. Ask for a change as early as possible through Pak Middle East.
Can I see fabric samples before I decide?
Yes. The four physical fabric books — 76 shades across textured, plain and jacquard blackout and chiffon sheer — come to your home on the free visit, so you can judge colour against your own walls and glass. Does the colour I choose change the price?
No. Every shade within a fabric book costs the same; only the window size, the heading and its fullness change the price. That means you can choose purely on how the colour looks in your room. Compare shades across all four books at Pak Middle East.
Do I need to know my window measurements before I call?

Do you sell blinds as well as curtains?

Can you motorise curtains and blinds?
Yes. Motorised curtains, motorised blinds, electric curtain tracks and motorised rods are all available. Do you fit curtains I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Standalone curtain fixing — installing, repairing or re-hanging curtains you already own — starts from AED 150 per window for a straightforward track on concrete or block. How should I clean my curtains?
Blackout curtains are dry clean only, because home washing shrinks the cotton or linen against the polyester and the hem never hangs square again. Do I need curtains or blinds for my room?

How do I choose between blackout and sheer curtains?
Blackout stops light and much of the heat with it, so it suits bedrooms; a chiffon sheer softens glare and gives daytime privacy while keeping the room bright.
