Wave curtain runners are the small carriers that run inside the track and hold a wave curtain. They are linked at a fixed distance, and that distance sets the size of every fold. Close spacing gives tight, compact waves; wide spacing gives deep, relaxed ones.

What spacing should I choose?
Around 70–80 mm suits most windows. Choose closer spacing for compact stacking, wider for deep folds on tall windows.
Do the runners fit any track?
They are made for our tracks. We supply runners, tape and track together so everything lines up.
Can wave runners be motorised?
Yes. They run in our electric curtain track as well as the standard aluminium track.
Do you sell runners by the roll?
Yes, to workrooms, pre-set at the spacing you need.

Spacing sets the wave
The runners are joined at a fixed pitch. We work with spacings from 48 mm to 100 mm:
- 48–60 mm — tight, compact waves that stack small
- 70–80 mm — the balanced choice for most windows
- 100 mm — deep, relaxed folds for tall windows and heavy fabric
How they fit together
Each runner carries a clip that snaps onto the press studs of the wave curtain tape sewn to the curtain. The runners travel in our aluminium curtain track or the electric curtain track.
Supplied on rolls
For workrooms we supply wave runner tape on rolls, with the runners already set at the chosen spacing.

Wave curtain runners: why the spacing matters
Wave curtain runners in Dubai decide what a wave curtain looks like more than the fabric does. They are the small carriers that travel inside the track, linked at a fixed distance, and every fold in the curtain is exactly that wide.
Wave runner spacing
We offer wave runner spacing from 48 mm to 100 mm. Tighter spacing, around 48 to 60 mm, gives small, neat waves and stacks the curtain into less space, which keeps more of the window clear when it is open. Around 70 to 80 mm is the balanced choice for most windows. Wider spacing, up to 100 mm, gives deep, generous folds that suit tall windows and heavy blackout fabric.
Wave curtain gliders and tape
Wave curtain gliders carry a clip that snaps onto the press studs of the wave tape sewn along the top of the curtain. The tape and the runners have to agree on spacing, which is why we supply them together; mixing makers is the usual reason a wave curtain pulls into uneven waves.
Wave track runners, manual or motorised
Our wave track runners run inside the standard aluminium curtain track and the electric curtain track alike. On a motorised track, the lead runners are attached to the internal belt and the rest follow at their fixed spacing, so the waves stay even as the curtain moves.

For workrooms we supply runner rolls pre-set at the spacing you need, and every wave curtain we make comes with runners set to the spacing we recommend for that window.
