What the 303 book is for

303 is jacquard. The pattern is woven into the cloth on the loom rather than printed onto the surface afterwards, and that distinction is the whole reason this book exists. A printed pattern sits on top of the fibres and will eventually crack, fade unevenly or lift at the edges. A woven one is structural — it cannot peel off, and it holds its colour through cleaning because the colour is in the yarn.

It is also the only one of our blackout books with real colour in it. Alongside the ivories, greys and browns you will find Rose Pink, Sky Blue, Cyan, Ochre and Azure Blue — muted, but genuinely coloured rather than another neutral.

Where it works best

Formal reception rooms and the majlis, where the curtain is meant to be noticed. It is the book interior designers pick from when the brief asks for the window treatment to be part of the scheme rather than a background to it.

In a bedroom a jacquard can be more pattern than you want to wake up to, and plain blackout is the quieter answer.

Living with it

Dry clean rather than machine wash — the weave needs to keep its body, and a domestic wash will soften the pattern out of it over time. Vacuum with a brush head between cleans.

Questions

Questions about this book

Where can I buy jacquard blackout curtain fabric in Dubai?
Pak Home holds book 303, its jacquard blackout range of 20 shades, in its own warehouse in Sharjah and makes it into curtains to measure across Dubai and the UAE. Full rolls for the trade are handled directly by the team. Book a visit to see the book at home with Pak Middle East.
What's the best place to buy jacquard blackout curtains in Dubai?
Choose a supplier that holds the fabric locally, measures on site and includes the track and fitting. Pak Home does all three with book 303, cutting at 2.0× fullness minimum. Compare it with any quote you have by booking a free visit with Pak Middle East.
What is book 303 jacquard blackout made of?
30% cotton, 40% linen and 30% polyester, at 260 gsm on a 320 cm roll, with 100% light exclusion through the cloth. The book's label lists a silicone finish, UV protection, anti-soiling and water-repellent features. See how it compares with the other books at Pak Middle East.
How many shades are in book 303?
20 shades, all held in stock. Alongside ivories, greys and browns it is the only blackout book with real colour: Rose Pink, Sky Blue, Cyan, Ochre and Azure Blue among them. Browse them all on the fabrics hub at Pak Middle East.
How much do curtains in book 303 cost?
Book 303 curtains start from AED 685 for a 2m × 3m window, fully fitted, including tailoring, track, accessories and installation; every shade in the book is the same price. Wave headings start from AED 785 and a double layer from AED 1,085. Price your own window at Pak Middle East.
Which rooms suit book 303?
It works best in formal reception rooms and the majlis, where the curtain is meant to be noticed. The team can advise room by room at the free visit, booked via Pak Middle East.
Is book 303 in stock in the UAE?
Yes, all 20 book 303 shades are in Pak Home's own UAE warehouse, so there's no waiting on a shipment; most orders are fitted within 2–3 days of approving the quote. Check the earliest date via Pak Middle East.
Can I get same-day curtains in book 303?
Same-day isn't guaranteed for book 303, because each curtain is cut and sewn to your window; most are fitted within 2–3 days of approval, and express turnaround can be quoted separately. Share your deadline with Pak Middle East.
Can I see book 303 samples at home?
Yes. Book 303 comes to your home on the free visit, so you judge each shade against your own walls and glass, and you can have up to four swatches delivered free. Request the visit with Pak Middle East.
Does book 303 block light completely?
Yes, book 303 blocks up to 100% of light through the cloth; opacity comes from the weave, not the colour, so pale shades darken as well as deep ones. Any light you still see comes round the edges, which the fitting solves. See blackout curtains at Pak Middle East.
Which heading suits book 303?
At 260 gsm it takes a wave heading with less effort than the heavier books, and gives a softer pinch pleat that falls a little more. Compare headings at Pak Middle East.
How do I clean curtains in book 303?
Dry clean only — with 40% linen the caution is stronger still — and vacuum with a brush head between cleans so the woven pattern keeps its body. Read the cleaning guide at Pak Middle East.
Can book 303 curtains be motorised?
Yes. At 260 gsm a standard rechargeable tubular motor handles a full-height pair on an ordinary window without difficulty. Motorisation is quoted separately per window. See motorised curtains at Pak Middle East.
Do book 303 curtains fade in the sun?
Every fabric fades in Gulf sun eventually. The polyester third of the blend carries the fade resistance; linen and cotton alone would lighten faster on west-facing glass. Sun fading over years isn't a warranty defect. Read the warranty at Pak Middle East.
Can I make roman blinds from book 303?
Yes, roman blinds can be cut from book 303, with a blackout lining available behind the face fabric. See blackout romans at Pak Middle East.
Can I layer book 303 with a sheer?
Yes: a chiffon sheer from book 401 takes the front rail and the jacquard blackout sits behind on a double track, from AED 1,085 for 2m × 3m, fitted. See the double layer at Pak Middle East.
How wide is the book 303 roll?
Book 303 comes on a 320 cm roll. Because the width runs across the drop, most UAE ceiling heights are made without a horizontal seam; longer drops are railroaded so any join runs vertically, hidden in a fold. See how custom curtains are made at Pak Middle East.
Can I buy book 303 fabric by the roll?
Yes, for the trade: Pak Middle East General Trading LLC supplies full rolls from book 303. Stock, quantities and trade pricing are handled directly. Ask via Pak Middle East.
Does the shade I choose in book 303 change the price?
No. All 20 shades in book 303 cost the same; only the window size, heading and fullness change the figure. Compare shades side by side at Pak Middle East.
Will my book 303 curtains match across several rooms?
Holding book 303 in stock means a whole home can be made from the same dye lot; the book notes that shades may vary between dye lots, so ordering together is the safest way to match. Plan a whole-home order with Pak Middle East.
How do book 303 curtains differ from book 301?
Both block light equally; the difference is surface: book 303 has a pattern woven into the cloth rather than printed on, while book 301 has a visible slub texture that hides creases and breaks up reflections. Compare at Pak Middle East.
Which is better for a bedroom, book 303 or book 302?
Both block light; book 303 suits formal reception rooms and the majlis, while book 302's plain weave is the usual bedroom choice. Compare at Pak Middle East.
Can I get book 303 curtains in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Book 303 is made and fitted across all seven emirates at the same price, with no travel charge for the visit. Check coverage at Pak Middle East.
Who installs book 303 curtains?
Pak Home's own team measures and fits book 303 curtains, dressing the folds by hand, and installation is included in the price. Book a visit with Pak Middle East.
Is book 303 suitable for offices and hotels?
Yes. Book 303 blackouts suit meeting rooms, hotel rooms and clinics, and stock fabric keeps a phased project on one dye lot. Discuss a project via Pak Middle East.
Do book 303 curtains help with heat?
Yes. Book 303 is full-density blackout, which stops direct solar gain through the glass when closed before the sun arrives; the label also lists heat insulation. See motorised timers at Pak Middle East.
Is there a discount on book 303 curtains for a whole home?
Yes, book 303 orders get the automatic volume discount: 5% from AED 2,000 up to 30% above AED 12,000. See how it applies at Pak Middle East.
Do book 303 curtains have a warranty?
Yes: book 303 curtains carry 12 months on tracks, stitching and installation, with fabric covered against manufacturing defects. Read the terms at Pak Middle East.
How long do book 303 curtains take to make?
Most book 303 orders are fitted within 2–3 days of approving the quotation, because the book is in stock locally; large villa orders get a firm date at quote stage. Ask for a date via Pak Middle East.

Book 303 jacquard blackout curtains in Dubai: pattern woven in

Book 303 is our jacquard blackout range, 20 shades in which the pattern is woven into the cloth rather than printed on it. It is the book to look at if you want a blackout curtain with some depth to it rather than a flat field of colour.

Woven, not printed

A printed pattern sits on the surface and fades unevenly as the sun works on it. A jacquard is structural — the pattern is made by the weave, so it holds its definition and its colour in the way the rest of the cloth does. In Gulf light, on a window that takes direct sun, that difference shows over years rather than months.

Where it suits

A majlis or a formal living room, where the curtain is seen from a distance and is part of the decoration. In a small bedroom a jacquard can be busy; book 302 is the quieter choice there.

Price and ordering

Jacquard blackout curtains in Dubai are quoted the same way as the plain and textured books — per window, covering fabric, tailoring, track and installation, with the figure driven by track width and fullness. Use the estimator for your own sizes, or have the book brought to the home on a free visit.

Book 303 is our jacquard blackout curtain material in the UAE, and the jacquard blackout fabric shades are woven rather than printed.
