Every figure above covers the same things our written quotation covers, so there is no gap between what you see here and what you are asked to pay:
- Fabric and tailoring — cut to your measured drop at the correct fullness for the heading style, hemmed and finished.
- Track, runners, hooks and brackets — sized to the weight and span, with a double track where you are having two layers.
- Measuring and installation — the visit, the fitting, and dressing the folds at handover.
Motorisation is the one thing quoted separately, so you can see exactly what the automation costs and decide window by window — see motorised curtains and blinds.
The heading you choose changes the figure, because it changes how much cloth the curtain needs: a wave heading uses around 2.5× the track width where a pinch pleat uses about 2.0×. That is explained in full in how much fabric curtains actually need. Colour does not change the price, so you can pick from any of the four books without it affecting the number above.
Why the final price can move
Three things change a quotation against this estimate. The track length is usually longer than the window, because the curtain needs wall to stack onto. The ceiling type decides the fixing, and a suspended ceiling needs more work than a slab. And the fabric you choose sits somewhere between the essential and signature rates. The visit settles all three.

Is the home visit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. Our team comes to you with catalogues 301, 302, 303 and 401, measures every window you want covered, and leaves you with a written quotation. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing. We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
What is included in the price you quote?
Fabric, tailoring, the curtain track, runners, hooks, ceiling or wall brackets, the measuring visit and the installation. It is one figure. Motorisation is the only thing quoted separately, because we would rather you see what the automation costs on its own.
How long does it take?
Fitted within 2–3 days from the moment you approve the quotation, for most orders. Pinch pleat and roman blinds take a little longer because they are hand-finished. A full villa is scheduled around your handover date. Because our fabric is already in our own warehouse in the UAE, we are not waiting on a shipment.
Do I need to know my measurements before I call?
No. Measuring is the part people most often get wrong, and a curtain cut to a wrong measurement cannot be fixed. Our team measures on site. If you just want a rough idea of cost before booking, use the estimator on this site with an approximate window size.

Can I see the fabric before I commit?
That is the entire point of the home visit. Fabric behaves completely differently in your own light than it does in a showroom or on a screen — a sheer that looks grey in the catalogue can hang almost silver against a bright window. We bring the physical catalogues so you judge it in the room it will live in.
How the curtain price calculator works
This estimator applies the same arithmetic we use on a measuring visit: track width, finished drop, the fullness the heading needs, the fabric rate, the track and the installation. It is not a lead-capture form with a number attached.
Why it asks for track width rather than window width
Curtains are priced on the track, which runs past the glass on both sides so the curtain has somewhere to stack. Quoting on the window width would under-price every job and misprice wide windows most.
Where the estimate can move
Three things change a figure on the day: what the ceiling will take, whether you want one layer or two, and any window that is not square. None of them is a surprise charge — they are the reason we measure rather than quote from a phone call.
