Own stock
Four catalogues held in our own UAE warehouse, not ordered in after you commit.
A UAE general trading company that imports and holds curtain fabric — and makes it up, measured and fitted, for homes across Dubai, Sharjah and the wider Emirates.
Pak Middle East General Trading LLC is registered in the UAE as a general trading company. Our original business is wholesale: importing curtain fabric and supplying it to the trade. That side of the business is still running, and it is the reason the retail side works the way it does.
Most curtain companies in this market are middlemen. They take your order, place it with a supplier, wait for stock, then make it up. That is where the three-week lead times come from, and it is where a large part of the price goes.
We hold the fabric ourselves. Catalogues 301, 302 and 303 for blackout, and 401 for chiffon sheer, all sitting in our own warehouse in the UAE. When you choose a shade at your home visit, that roll already exists a short drive away. There is no container to wait for and no importer's margin in the price.
Our sales team goes to your home with the physical catalogues. They measure the track width and the finished drop for every window, check what the ceiling will take, and quote one figure covering the fabric, the tailoring, the track, the runners, the hooks, the brackets and the installation. Then our tailors cut to those measurements and our fitters hang it.
Everything is made to order. We do not hold finished curtains, because a curtain that fits your window will not fit anyone else's.
We are not an interior design studio and we do not pretend to be. We do not have a showroom full of styled room sets, and we do not have ten thousand reviews. What we have is the fabric, the tailors, the fitters and honest measuring. If you want someone to design your whole interior, we are the wrong call. If you want curtains that fit, arrive quickly and cost what you were told, we are a good one.
If you are in the trade — a contractor, a fit-out company, another curtain business — we supply full rolls from all four catalogues at trade pricing. This website is built for homeowners, but the wholesale side is very much open. Contact us directly and ask for trade terms.
Dubai and Sharjah are our core service areas. We also cover Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — each with its own notes on what tends to matter in homes there. The home visit is free across all of them.
The people who come to your home are our own team rather than subcontractors, and the way they measure is the same in every emirate. What the price covers is set out in our price promise, and what happens if something goes wrong afterwards is in the warranty.
The same small team measures your windows, brings the catalogues and comes back to fit — so you always know who is coming to your home.

One written figure covering fabric, tailoring, track, accessories and fitting.
Cut to your measured drop. Nothing is off the shelf and nothing is approximate.
Homes across the Emirates, and full rolls to the wholesale market.
As a curtain supplier in Dubai we sell what we already hold rather than ordering it in per job.
Pak Home is the curtain and sofa-fabric range of Pak Middle East General Trading LLC. The part that matters commercially is simple: we import and warehouse our own fabric in the UAE rather than ordering it in per job, which is why we quote days rather than weeks.
Ordering made-to-measure curtains in Dubai from stock we already hold means the lead time is cutting, stitching and fitting rather than shipping. It also means a whole home can be cut from the same roll, which avoids two dye lots meeting in one room.
Wholesale to the trade is the original business and it continues. Retail customers get the same four catalogues and the same warehouse, with measuring and installation included in one price — see the price promise for what that covers.
People searching for a curtain company in Dubai about its stock usually want one fact: Pak Home curtains in Dubai come from fabric we already hold here.
Collected after installation across Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates.
Two tracks in the bedroom, sheer in front. The sun comes straight into that window in the morning and now it is completely manageable.
Ordered on a Monday, fitted on the Friday. Five days from measuring to hanging, exactly as they said. The blackout is genuine — the room is dark at noon.
My daughter used to wake at 5:30 with the sun. First morning after the fitting she slept until 7. That alone was worth it. Fabric is from book 303 and it feels much heavier than what I was shown elsewhere.
Good price, good fabric and a team that turned up when they said. There is not much more to ask for.
Two bedrooms and the majlis, all catalogue 302. The team measured on the Saturday and fitted the following Thursday. What I did not expect was how much cooler the west bedroom is now in the afternoon — the AC stopped running constantly.
Wave track along a six-metre window. The folds stay perfectly uniform whether open or closed. It is the detail that makes the whole room look finished.
Quoted, fitted and invoiced with no surprises. The fitters removed all the packaging and took the old rail away with them.
Rollers for a home office. The screen glare is gone and the blind sits flush inside the recess.
The fitters noticed my ceiling was not level and adjusted the track so the curtains hang straight anyway. That is the kind of thing you only find out later if it is done badly.
They cover Ajman properly, which many Dubai companies do not. No extra travel charge and they arrived on time.
Went for the double layer after seeing the books at home. Sheer during the day, blackout at night, and the two tracks were installed level to the millimetre. Price on the quote was the price I paid.
The consultant brought all four catalogue books to the flat. Seeing the fabric against my own window in daylight completely changed which colour I picked — the one I chose online looked grey in my living room.
Sample content while we collect the real thing. These are written to show the layout — they are not customers, no star rating is published to Google, and they are replaced in the back office as genuine feedback arrives.
Our team brings catalogues 301, 302, 303 and 401 to your door, measures every window, and quotes one fixed price covering fabric, track, accessories and fitting. The visit is free and there is no obligation.
Leave a number and pick a window. No form-filling, no obligation.
Pick up to four and we'll drop the actual cuttings to your door, free, anywhere we cover. Colour behaves completely differently against your own window — this is the only honest way to judge it without booking anything.
