A made-to-measure curtain is cut to a number, and if that number is wrong the fabric is scrap. Taking the measurement ourselves makes it our responsibility instead of yours — if a curtain does not fit the measurements we recorded, we remake it.
It also catches the things a tape measure does not tell you. Whether the ceiling is concrete slab or plasterboard over a void decides which anchor the track needs, and a bracket fixed into board alone will eventually pull out. Whether there is clearance for a double track decides whether you can have a sheer and a blackout at all. Where the air conditioning vent sits decides how much dust the curtain will collect. None of that is visible in a photograph.

Clear enough space to stand at each window and, if the curtains are going in a room that is already furnished, move anything fragile off the sill. That is genuinely it. The fabric is cut and stitched to your measurements, and installation is booked to a slot the same way the measuring visit was — typically 3–5 working days. The team hangs the curtains, dresses the folds so they hang in the right shape from the start, and takes the packaging away.
